On the Bernini project in Rotterdam, we made the basement fully watertight on behalf of NBU by applying our liquid-tight coating. Since this residential tower is partially situated in the water, there could be no doubt about the basement's watertightness. We applied the coating up to just above the waterline, ensuring that the upper half of the basement was also treated with a UV-resistant coating.
